What You’ll Do

As our Memory Care Director, you will be the guiding force behind a vibrant, engaging, and supportive Memory Care environment. Your leadership will help ensure every resident experience safety, dignity, and connection.

You will:

• Champion our mission to Make Lives Better through every interaction, program, and care decision.
\n
• Serve as a trusted partner for residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team—promoting whole‑person care that nurtures body, mind, and spirit.
\n
• Design and lead meaningful, stage‑appropriate programs that bring comfort, joy, and purpose to those living with dementia.
\n
• Provide support and education to families , helping them navigate their loved one’s journey with compassion and understanding.
\n
• Inspire and mentor your team , ensuring that best practices in dementia care are delivered consistently and with heart.

\n What You Bring: \n

\n
• Valid Texas LVN license or compact nursing license — required
\n
• Experience as a nurse leader in a skilled nursing facility and working directly with memory care patients required
\n
• Strong leadership, communication, and team‑building skills
\n
• Experience working with individuals living with dementia, including program development and understanding of disease progression
\n
• A compassionate heart and a service‑driven mindset
\n
• A commitment to ensuring every resident receives dignified, person‑centered care
\n
